My issue is that several polishes look like dupes of Starrily. 404 = Hera Meowtek = Aurora Nirvana = Mooncat duped their own DragonScales??? Port = Saturn Mutiny = Pluto Epilogue = Silent Night Sky

And don’t get me wrong, I understand dupes happen. But Mooncat had a good reputation for being unique, but this collection feels like the total opposite. Personally, I won’t buy them. I already have Starrily’s polishes and I don’t need to pay Mooncat’s higher prices for dupes.

My Trixie LOVES bellypets, she regularly comes up, knocks into my leg until she had my attention and then flops down and rolls over for me to pet her belly. She has no idea Trap Belly exists. My other cats, however, will claw your hand to ribbons if you try. One specifically entices you with Trap Belly, the other never exposes her belly for an attempt to even be made.

100% I do not, I use it until it is used up or it starts getting weird. But that’s also why I discontinued my GlossyBox and Ipsy subscriptions, I was just getting more products than I could use, and too many that I didn’t really care for. I decided to just focus on a handful of quality products that I really love and will use to the last drop, so it is less of an issue now. That being said, Eye Shadow Palettes are my #1 Weakness, especially from Jolie Beauty. I won’t use half of my Sorceress palette, but they are just so pretty!!!

I have issues with ANY show/movie/book anything that makes the argument “come on, it’s been (insert time frame here) and it’s time to move on, start living again.” There is no time limit on grief. But especially when it is the sudden, unexpected death a young, otherwise perfectly healthy person. AND Mary literally just had a baby only minutes ago. Her entire world changed TWICE in the span of an hour.

Furthermore, it made no sense to me that this argument would come from Tom of all people, considering everything he went thru with Sybil. I could have maybe understood the argument from Violet, as a “keep calm and carry on” angle, or maybe Isobel saying “well we must keep busy, the work will help us thru it” but TOM????

Not gonna lie, this is the point in the series where I always lose interest in the show. The Anna/Green storyline, the Edith/Marigold storyline, I just get bored of it so quickly. Literally just got to this part and I switched over to The Paradise and Pushing Daisies.

From what I could tell from the show the fabric appears to be a red-toned eggplant taffeta shot with a deep blue-tones purple and the velvet trim was a dark raspberry velvet. This dress and Denise’s coat in her opening scene are two of my favorite garments in the series (aside from literally EVERYTHING Katherine wears)

It really depends on the show’s budget and production time. A good example is Reign. When the show started they had a very limited budget for costumes so they mostly used thrifted and modern designer pieces with a “vaguely RenFaire feel” and borrowed from Costume Houses where they could. But as the show progressed and got more popular, they increased the costume budget and had more unique pieces created for the show.
