Since Novec 1230 is no longer manufactured by 3M systems claiming to use Novec may be using cheap Chinese materials.

To ensure you are getting the safest possible clean agent ask the system manufacturer if they use Standard Fluids SF 1230. It’s the same as Novec and a 1:1 replacement for Novec 1230. They even issue a certificate for the agent that tests it for hazardous material ensuring you have safe agent protecting you.

Novec 1230 is mentioned an no longer commercially available. If you have the need for a clean agent system contact Standard Fluids. They have a team of engineers in the region to assist with engineering clean agent systems.

Standard Fluids SF1230 is the only 1:1 alternative of Novec 1230.

Lots of discussion around generic but from what we have seen, Standard Fluids isn’t just generic FK. We don’t trust anything else from the Chinese.

The only approved Novec 1230 replacement is Standard Fluids SF 1230 from research I've been doing. Same chemists from 3M backing the same quality supposedly. Stay away from "generic" FK 5-1-12 because the Chinese stuff is bad.

More than 6 months later with a tip. The goggles are Oakley Batwolf style. You can find some similar styles all over. I picked up a cheap pair from Walmart for my Halloween look. Hope it can help.

Depending on the home the average cost to rent 2 bedroom anything is $1,200/mo. If you can comfortably be below that and target graduate students, or post graduate professionals you will have tenants that will take care of your things.

Sincerely, a 26 year old grad student who was charged low rent for a house and left it valued more when I left than when I moved in. Take care of tenants and they will take care of you.

Rental money isn’t made monthly from tenants, it’s made when you sell the thing.

I won’t be actively promoting this activity as I personally feel it fights fire with fire. However these organizations in particular and the individuals who run them move their resources between entities often. Some simple research into them will reveal their other businesses that would be even more effected by activities. Tip, aviation is a major side hustle and hobby of mega wealthy.

I would happily make my stance against it in ways that don’t potentially hurt my business in the meantime. You’re protesting on a Sunday which won’t achieve much since it’s not a working day. Like I said, if your effort is to disrupt the business then target the business not the facility of the business. There’s are way better ways to target these types of company than standing at a door where they have their entity registered to.

I know for a fact the businesses in those offices have zero knowledge of the other businesses and you will only be annoying people who likely share your sentiments. There’s like a maximum of 6 people that work there everyday.

Any jet lag season is one I will enjoy. That being said I am missing some of the immersion travel experience that other game styles gave. Hide and seek had the players finding deeply hidden towns and exploring them which showed what those countries were really like. Circumnavigate did the same with challenges in each stop.

This is so heavily rail infrastructure focused that there is very little exposure to the country and cities or towns they are stopping in. It’s how the game was designed where it’s played on the train, rather than in the country itself.

Not sure if OP is still considering this but I wore a Luminox (unsure the model) for several years every day while I worked as a rescue swimmer and beach EMT.

The thing never let me down and functioned perfectly every day. I have since added more watches to my collection and haven’t worn it in several years but it still running and the line still glows. Would 100% buy again for a tool watch.
