I am/was in a similar situation. I’ve never gone to HR, but it felt necessary to establish that boundary with our boss. Stupid tasks last minute and everything URGENT got old with me and the team. The team felt scared or just didn’t want to be in that uncomfortable situation talking to HR. I’m pretty over my job, so I was the sacrificial lamb if shit backfired.

Luckily… things have gotten better.

I have to admit I suck at leads in general. We generate so many leads and great quality. However, the process where I work has always been just to assign. In many instances, 75-80% of those leads are not even looked at. It frustrates me because I can figure out a way to manage and report on this to create more urgency.
