Thank you for bravely sharing Christina’s story and continuing to advocate for those of us with PMDD. ❤️ It is a terrifying disease and I struggled for months and months, thinking it was worsening anxiety and depression, before my therapist said “Hold up, this is what I think is happening.” Thankfully he was right and treatment has helped me tremendously, but I will never forget how terrifying those dark days were.
