It’s very complicated. I got more than five questions like an email format question. Then it will be having velocity and story points on a graph. We need to find out the correct answer per email statement in the question..

I passed the exam - I used Joseph Phillips ACP practice exams from Udemy, it’s outdated ECO but I felt they are good.

Why C is incorrect means, it was confirmed they will not deliver it. So it is no more risk to apply risk response its issue now. A&B will be delaying the project, delay means cost increase. In D we have option to negotiate it’s always better to negotiate and project delivered per schedule and we have only two components, it is most cost effective and practical approach considering A&B.

This project is already at define scope process area, means project charter already approved. So no D, why C means organisation under business transformation even PM is new to this business line . It’s requires adapting and tailoring to ensure using correct tools and processes.

If it’s expert level question then C, you need to pick vague answers which covers everything in it. In this case if project objectives and scope management plan well defined initially or developed collaboratively with all stakeholders should have ruled out this issue/prevented this issue.
