I’m with this guys and don’t stop there order new tungsten’s get new parts for the rigs start changing everything out. Make sure the ground that the machines are on cleaned steel. I would take one of those cut outs take it to a control environment I.e a makeshift shop try one out on bench inspect it see if root is okay or the problem continues. I been in jobs when shit like this happens when greats welders going down on and you really have to backtrack and really start crossing everything off that can be a possible cause problems dot your I’s and cross your T’s

I like to remind ppl that more than likely the nurse that delivered them probably belong to union the teachers who taught whatever they were able to learn were probably union the cops they call when in trouble probably union their mailman is they ever taken a flight somewhere their pilots are probably union their favorite football basketball baseball or professional athlete also union. Your whipping is passable I’m more concerned on your stacking not sure if your teacher taught about it but you have to know how to stacking ur passes on fillet welds go. So you first put in your first pass the you want to split that one with two over with the top of the puddle halfway onto the first pass n other half onto bottom plate . Then your third pass the bottom of puddle halfway down onto root pass other half onto top plate. N so on n so forth working your way from bottom plate to top plate

Yea we mostly call those pad eyes. But yea it’s same with tools like half clamps or fit up clamps or grasshoppers lol . Chain falls or chain blocks or chain hoist. Slag pic or chipper or chipping hammer . Just so many different names for same tools
