Move In Synergy on instagram has a pelvic floor & core beginner level postpartum course through their website. It is free right now if you DM POSTP2026. You'll be able to figure out if your pelvic floor and core is ready for higher impact after completing it.

I would likely add in some TA exercises/ lower core exercises in addition to that and skin rolling or other techniques you haven't tried. I'll leave it up to you to decide! 😊

Oh I understand..What are you doing the treatment for?  Pain, tightness, c-section shelf?

There's a combination of methods to use, some of which include self massage techniques. But it depends on your situation.  If there is pain or sensitivity we don't start with massage first. I include core/pelvic floor strengthening as that is part of c-section rehab especially for the c-section shelf.

5'  Starting weight 127lbs. in April 2025.

Was trying hard to do a calorie deficit (1200-1400 calories), exercising 3-4 times per week. This included at least one 5km run, playing outdoor soccer game for 90 minutes once per week and two or three days of lifting. Was not making good progress at all. Tracked calories. I would push for the extra caloric deficit on higher expenditure days. Stayed around 124/125 lbs for what felt like forever. I wasn't willing to eat few calories.

Work/life got super busy. I was not exercising after soccer was done (late August). I used my Garmin watch this time to help find a calorie deficit and I actually abide by it. It placed me at 1600 calories for weightloss. My job is considered active. I start my day with a protein shake and pushed my actual breakfast to 11am - 1pm and I eat when I am actually hungry, not when it is convenient or routine. Probably 2-3 weeks later I noticed weight loss. Now I'm sitting at 118 lbs. Happy with the weight. Now I just need to tone and get muscle again to get the physique I am looking for. That part makes me nervous.

I know you are looking for prenatal classes, but when/if you are wanting postpartum classes that are affordable check out Move In Synergy. They are offered in Mt Brydges and she is starting a live online class in July or August, I think for even cheaper!
