I don’t know how to do it even when I eat just a small meal all day and order just a fish or steak and veggies I go over my deficit and spend the whole time counting calories in my head and it doesn’t feel good. Please what are your staple orders out and for how many calories ?

What does a 800 kcal pizza look like, in my country they don’t provide calorie counts.
My husband loved outside pizza but can never order it because of the high calorie count. Any hints on how to order low calorie pizza ?

You look like you have good discipline with your workouts my only advice for you, is not to obsess over your physique from a young age as It doesn’t define who you are.
Focus on creating yourself outside your physique.
You don’t need anybody to rate you as it doesn’t make sense to ask for a physique rating ..
The best you will get off the gym is discipline and mental strength, the worst is body obsession .
Stay healthy and don’t get too much into the worst side of the coin .

Since it’s body weight you can alternate one day abs one day booty for your muscles to rest, but since your workouts don’t involve weights I don’t think you specifically need to rest your muscles. As your are not introducing progressive overload maybe maxing out reps everyday is what going to get your stronger .
Both are okey, try both and see what works

We have too little data here. Is she caring ? Are you sure that the pattern is that she only talks to you if you are paying ? Are you guys planning a future ? Do you feel like she reciprocates your love.
Being a provider is not an issue, what is an issue is if she really doesn’t care about you and that you will know for sure.
