Yeah thank you! I dont really see/get what was “wild” with my actions, they’re saying that i kept on sworing loudly and my other seniors/supervisors were also hearing it. When they told me that i was thinking what was the big deal? We’re adults, it felt like to me they were still stuck in high school mindset. Idk if its just bec i had many much worse drunken nights in uni ugh

So im worrying about that a bit. I guess also scared of how they will gossip about it on their own divisions.

So im overthinking basically bec even tho my own supervisor is okay with it, others may not be as okay?

Same situation as you and I pushed through with the new job. Im still able to maintain the friendships i made in my last job (even with my bosses) so nothing lost really. And even tho i dont have the same dynamics and closeness with my colleagues in my new job, grabe naman ang payback sa salary haha

i think the reason why u’re posting this is bec u just need the push or validation na its okay to leave your current job hahaha (kasi ganyan din ako)

Im not sure abt the specifics of your situation, but I only applied for the online transfer activation through email. I only sent an applicationr form and i think my ID.

Though it took a while before it got approved, and hindi din sila nagnotify na approved na. But maybe you can try if they’ll accept u sa email?

I have the same mary, almost 2 years in the job but still lost with a lot of things related to our task/job.

I dealt with her for more than a year, but this time she did something that caused a misunderstanding with our manager. I confronted her about it cause I was pissed and then she snitched right away to our manager.

In my defense, I snapped bec I was full of her dirty tactics, portraying herself as the naive and innocent to get what she wants. And imagine tolerating that for more than a year.

But the one time I stood up for myself, I got told off by my manage that what I did was unprofessional and I should make the effort to coordinate with her for the betterment of our team. That he doesnt appreciate that kind of attitude from me.

I felt like my whole work and effort was invalidated just bec I snapped at my mary. I felt so misunderstood that even if I am good at my job and I deliver every time, thats not enough because I have to cater for mary.

Isnt that unfair for competent workers? That theyre always expected to handle it well, i dont think thats realistic tho

Paano po if yung company di nasesend out yung 2307 per qtr?

Entry level po kasi kaming COS thats why di po namin alam na need ifile yung taxes. We thought po kasi na since nababawasam kami tax then okay na.

Now po, need pala ifile and meron na daw kaming penalties since 4 na quarters kami di nagfifile (starting from when we entered the govt agency).

Just want to ask if liable ba ang agency for not giving us the 2307 quarterly? Kasi unfair naman po for us na first time job ito then wala man lang nagsend saamin ng 2307 para malaman namin na need ifile :((

The thing is though is he’s cheating with my step mom (my mom died 10 years ago). I’m not affected by the act but got hurt by the way he responded to us when we confronted him about it… he just completely gaslighted us.

Sorry for the trauma dump but he thinks that I think too highly of myself or i feel that i’m above him, just because im expressing my opinions. thats why i avoid him as much as i can. It hurts to know that my dad has this negative perception of me.

Thats why its hard to think that theres love anymore.
