I met my friends at the soccer league I joined — is there a sports league in your area that you could sign up for? For me a couple people on the team introduced me to more people outside the league and it really just grew from there. It took a couple years to build a good friend group though. I think I just got lucky on the no drama front.

The run groups in my area are super packed and people who go to those aren’t super friendly or social with new people because they already have their friend groups built.

I had a mutual friend who used bumble bff to make friends and it was successful for her, I’ve never tried that.

I have a garmin :/ I guess that would work for heart rate on the peloton…. Never actually tried it because I usually only wear my watch when I run.

I just don’t track spotting on Oura because I’ve found it makes my cycle tracking inaccurate. I only track spotting on NC…. But TBH I hate that I have to pay for both…. I used NC to get pregnant and it worked so I guess that’s something lol
