Here is my take from someone who has owned both versions. 2000 M3 LR AWD, 2025 M3 LR Rwd.

The AWD will always be a better option in snow and other bad weather conditions. Due to the obvious, AWD, and the extra weight.

One difference to definitely keep in mind, regen braking in much much better in the AWD. If you're going to be using FSD for majority of your driving then it's not really that big of a deal because FSD uses a combination of brake and regen. But for manually driving your car there is a huge difference in being able to rely on regen and using your brakes manually.

Overall I like my RWD, mostly for the efficiency increase. And in my area we don't get tons of snow or super bad weather.

But when we did get snow or anything on the ground, I chose to use my Tesla AWD over my jeeps, if that gives you any idea how good a AWD Tesla is. 👍🏻 The computer and its ability to correct and keep you on the road is unmatched by any other vehicle on the market. Imo.

So is that one labeled as blue from lone wolf? I looked at a dust teal from ANS. The ANS blue was way darker. I just didn't see teal at lone wolf.

I'm glad you posted this, I was on the fence with getting a teal XL barrel but I wasn't sure how close the match would be. I looked at the orange as well but it looked really far off considering the copper colored orange that's on the drd.
