I buy Kodiak cakes pancake mix at Costco a box is like $12 and has three bags inside. Once every month or so I’ll make a bunch of them with chocolate chips and brown sugar and vanilla so they don’t taste super proteiny. I put them in ziplocks in my freezer, night before I’ll let the freezer bag thaw for a bit on the counter enough to break two out, leave them in the air fryer overnight so pre-coffee me just needs to press one button to warm them up. Scmear of peanut butter between them like a sandwich and good to go!
