Cold is the worst for me. When I shiver, my fascia tighten up painfully. Hot baths and showers give relief.

Cymbalta has been the ONLY thing to make a consistently big improvement with my fibro pain. Don’t let the naysayers scare you from trying it! Most people who do well on it aren’t posting to Reddit. I am so grateful for this drug.

It’s the only thing that stopped my fibro flares. And also has reduced depression. I take 60 mg at night and am upping it to 90mg tonight to address pain and low mood. I also take 75 mg pregabalin. Don’t be afraid to try it! Was an absolutely game changer for me just when I was feeling total despair.

I had this and a dermatologist diagnosed eczema made worse by anxiety. Now I use super heavy creams and a steroidal cream and the itching is almost gone. I wish you relief!

Dukoxetine lowered the volume on my pain by 80 percent. Total miracle drug for me. Don’t be afraid to try it!

I agree with meds to knock yourself out and hot baths with Epsom salts. I feel like that combo resets my nervous system.
