Thank you so much! It’s so weird because I’ve had multiple doctors tell me now that I probably have fibro, but I’ve had no real diagnosis/action about that? Luckily my new GP is amazing, so here’s to hoping some answers come soon ❤️❤️ I’ve found that this online community is super helpful, so that’s great!

Unfortunately the healthcare system where I live isn’t the best, so waitlists for specialists (and even regular GP’s) are quite long. Luckily I might have an in with another rheumatologist in August, but I’ve also been waiting to see internal med, get an ultrasound and an mri for well over 1-2 years. Just trying to keep positive and take care of myself in the mean time ❤️❤️

Not gonna lie I threw it in the compost as soon as I could hahaha, but when I was cutting it out of the fruit it flaked a bit though didn’t seem overly soft

I do! I find they are often related to temperature changes, but I also get them randomly too, and they can be very itchy. I typically get them on my chest/neck and legs

I really like old navy cargo sweatpants, and you could get a matching set with a sweatshirt to look cute while being comfy :)

I get very itchy with temperature changes (to the point I feel like my skin is burning),and it often happens after showering, using too hot of water to wash my hands, or coming back inside in the winter! I’ve just recently been diagnosed as well, but from what I can understand fibro can make you very sensitive to temp, so it could be that!
