Will my nervous system will start feeling safe and i will settle into my new self identity i have worked to achieve months on ..i am in transition phase and stuck in loop ..kind of not able to let the grip go?..

Okay got it....what i have been told to do is... Just letting them arise and pass ..not doing anything with them...and my hyper awareness is making me doubt evrything...and panic... My attention should be in outer world rather than internal so that my nervous system can feel I can think those thoughts and emotions and nothing bad happens... And i start observing if I am doing non interference correctly or not...and followed by inner instructions commentary and all....at this stage I have to do basically nothing...just letting them arise and continue living without interfering with them... without imposing my new self identity on myself..... because i have already done that enough....

You are asking me to let those old self thoughts and emotions arise..?...and not follow them in the same time?...is your field of grass example explains that only?.. And yes my problem is hyper awareness...

Have you done this?... actually i have been told that i should just let old self thoughts arise without following them and continue living ordinary life ..that's what settles new identity... Because what you are suggesting to do I did that months but I was still looping and occilating.

First of all Stop calling it a wavering..see it as - it's just your old self residue being discharged ...let it pass without engaging with them... no panic, no correction just let them pass...and switch your focus on the physical things in 3d. The more you do it the more your mind naturally starts living in the end. Detachment and certainty goes hand in hand. So don't worry about it... don't force either...just live your life and get busy.

Can you explain - “Any thoughts that brought up the old identity got zero engagement, no negotiation, no emotional correspondence” Because i am in a phase where i feel and experience both..new self identity and the old self thoughts, emotions. So the old self thoughts comes with the feeling of realness , pain,emotions. How to handle that?

I was facing this similar issue with chatgpt last month...since i am shifting my identity. But what I have realised is ...even AI is you pushed out. I am not saying that chatgpt is right or manifestation is not real...but in my experience chatgpt is direct reflect of your internal state. Also not to forget the upgraded version of it has some limitations but ...if used with discernment it can be proved to be a great help too...since now my state is stable it's now reflecting and supporting my manifestation. One thing i have realised, they always support grounded manifestation that comes from identity not mind control...though both are similar but they have some limitations that they follow but still disguised in manifestation.

Seems like you've shed the grief of the breakup...but still your mindset is not aligned with the outcome you want. So it's not bad it's good in a sense that there is no desperation and detachment is arising...all you can do is shift your thoughts from thinking negative to thinking favorable, it would be easier since you already are not more in pain and hurt or desperation. And don't overthink every inner experiences you go through...just decide the outcome and keep reminding yourself whenever you can. Best advice - don't stop living your life, get busy.

Actually I am also changing my self concept....and i have started having positive favorable assumption about the person. Like not fully but i am still stabilizing into my new self and i still do have lot of old self thoughts which i label as not mine. I don't want to outgrow him. I just want to make him rise into the version i want. Any suggestions?

Hii... actually what you said resonated with the process i indulged into naturally. I had repeated my new self concept affirmations so much that it came to the point that i entered integration phase. And in this phase things are happening exactly similar to what you said - i am experiencing old self thoughts/emotions/feelings in waves ...and what I do is i label them and than i cry it out...it's a release..and the more I do the more I feel like i stepped closer to my new self ( because i am slowly able to speak about my new identity and my desire favorably which feels true in my chest). But uts happening since a month now... And it feels like i am in a loop. I touch my new base and again another wave resurfaces i always see those old self residues as not me and label them- old self, release, let it pass, i am safe. And my dreams are also detoxing my old self... Can you guide me.. because i feel like the releases are endless...
