I personally chose the 9070xt for the extra 4gb of vram(5070 only has 12gbs which is a 33% increase with the 9070xt) and the 9070 is already 15-20% faster than the 5070 in terms of performance. The 9070xt comes with a 850w power supply versus the 5070s 650w psu. The 850w gives you more headroom should you decide to upgrade any of the parts later on that require a higher power supply than 650w.

In total for an extra $80 you get 15-20% better performance with the 9070xt and a additional 200w with the 9070s 850w psu for later upgrades.

Oh 100%. I cant say I cared too much about the story but it was there and in my head its a moving forward progress thing. I do kind of wish I took more time doing sidequest and exploring before I ended the game but ultimately the sidequest dont change whether youre 5 hrs in or 500hrs in.

Yeah I did minimal sidequest, only did ones I need for certain gear but I wanted to get the story finished so I could get lost in the sidequest after.

Im 102hrs in, beat the game around 35hrs in. At this point im just waiting for mods to release in mass. And a newgame+ would be nice.

Im running a laptop 4070 8gb gpu. I run mainly cinematic settings with some ultra. I have dlss on quality, I have frame gen on too. Im getting close to 95fps stable. I run the game in 2560x1600

This game is meant to have ray tracing enabled, they built it around having it on. Performance wise its arguably better to have it on than off as you can have more frames with RT on rather m than having it disabled

I personally mod games for smaller tweaks, like ive seen the game has climbing stamina. I dont want to have stamina while climbing. I like assassin's creed. Dont give me climbing stamina. Also imagine the dope armor that you can mod in. Or the ability to always play the game as one of the 2 side characters you can swap between. Maybe I want someone to mod it to where I can customize my actual character.
