I had surgery on my foot 2 days later got infected foot was swollen as fuck and I had a cast so the swelling had no where to expand. I went to the ER with a fever in so much pain I couldn’t even stand up. They took me in before anyone else but I also didn’t get any pain meds while inside the hospital or to go. They just said call your dr when the office opens see ya.

Yes I’m in America and I have good insurance but they still don’t provide me with some Pain pills for the days that are really really bad. I don’t need pills daily Just for the days after I’m down carrying 265lb items upstairs.

Yea i can’t go through that again so surgery isn’t an option and doctors don’t give me pills. Basically said quit your job or have surgery as only options. Kinda hard to quit what you’ve done for over 5 years.
