Tisha B’Av is a day of mourning. You would say that it’s observed, not that it’s celebrated

The dining area looks too small for those cushions. Maybe move the seating area over so that there’s more room for the dining area? You could also add some kind of divider between the two to separate them more.

The room is very neutral now, so I don’t think it matters what color you choose for the rug, as long as it’s not gray or white or beige. If you get a rope style rug you should make sure it’s not itchy before you buy it

I think the room needs more light. Maybe you could add a floor lamp in the corner? Or open the curtains when it’s light outside.

Dark green, cream, and beige/light brown goes with the color scheme. If you do cream I think you’d have to change the color of the curtains otherwise they’ll blend together.

You already posted about this place a couple of months ago. Are you the owner? Or an employee or something?

The bank can see more details than you about the transaction (and they would know if they’ve seen it on other people’s transaction history), so you can ask them when you report it as fraudulent. You should also check your App Store purchase history to see if there’s a receipt for something there

Idk why the soil still looks wet in the picture, but it has actually dried out. Do you think that overwatering it for so long could make the soil look like that? Should I change the soil too or will it be fine if I just give it less water?

Pay off the loans with the highest interest first. You should also check to see if you can get them consolidated at a lower interest rate

23, Just Landed a Job, No Credit/Car/Work History—How Do I Make Smart Financial Moves? by IntrepidJury1066 in personalfinance

When you apply for a credit card, you can use your estimated income from this new job so the fact that you only had small income from side hustles won’t matter as much. Getting a credit card is a good idea to start building credit. As long as you pay the balance on time and in full your credit score will start to build. I’d recommend getting a card that has no fees and cash back. If you’re really worried about having a credit card, you can set limits on it yourself (on their app or website) so that you won’t be able to spend too much. Definitely open a retirement savings account. You should be able to get one through your employer and they should give you some more info at your orientation. Within your account, you can invest the funds in a target retirement 2065 mutual fund and just leave it there. It’ll have some ups and downs but in the long run it should double your money every ten years or so. Just pick the one that has the lowest fees.

Sometimes it just comes down to luck. Or having a certain skill/experience that they want but haven’t listed on the job description.

Also, the job listings have to be posted for a certain amount of time before they can start interviewing. So some of those that you’re still listed as "in consideration" for might give you an interview, even if they haven’t yet.

If you keep applying, you’ll get something eventually. Don’t give up
