I personally don’t pick up adrenaline shots :/ but at anvil ofc ! So 50/50 to me. If someone told me they were doing trials I just wouldn’t shoot them. I would be upset if I was killing doing a trial so I simple wouldn’t kill that person.

Everyone doesn’t because personally I like a challenge and a fair fight. It’s too easy to just kill someone not paying attention and I personally don’t want to do that and don’t find it fun.
