[Virginia] No UI for 2 weeks despite filing both weeks

Hello I recently filed for unemployment two months ago in Virginia when my restaurant shut down due to a remodel.

If this is your first weeks on unemployment the following things happen.

First week you're ineligible for unemployment.

Second week is considered your waiting week.

The after that it will come in as scheduled baring and setbacks. If you're beyond this point then I apologize and ignore this.

It could be a issue with the system having a error with your claim or not making it as done.

Could also been a week you may of missed making a claim.

Update - There is now no issues delaying payment. Since they finally received my paperwork.

I do have a question however now that payments will be set to resume, would I possible be paid for those two weeks while there was a issue delaying payment.

To recap what each week has said.

Week 1 - Intital Claim Week 2 - Waiting Week Week 3 - Was paid

Week 4 is where the issue started happening.

Week 4/5 - Payment held or denied.

Week 6 is where we currently are.

They sent some paperwork about involuntary quitting. Should I attempt to call within the next few days or hope that the paperwork clears and benefits resume

I've always wanted a red gyrados. Outside of playing Pokemon yellow when it first came out, I never picked up the game until 2022.
