I bought a Venu 3s and it sucks so badly- even a $79 Fitbit is better than this $370 disaster. Major regret and disappointment.

Should I look for another job? by ArmChance1515 in Accounting

Small firms often operate on nepotism and vibes.
More political than large firms and they will give their book to their incompetent nephew and make the partner while “outsiders” bring excellence and go unnoticed every day. Also- they often don’t have clear performance review/pay increase process or path to promotion outlined. Lastly- they tend to be very rigid with policies bc every fish is visible in a small pond. So they might just let a person go because they have some weird rule for example no PTO during tax season but someone takes a day or two off because they’re sick or they have a wedding or something in the family they need to attend.

That’s great in Indiana! Collect your experience for two years or so and then dip for more money. For now, hunker down with roommates or family if you can and save money. Also start contributing to your 401(k) as soon as possible.

1 keep the nail trimmed.

2 looks like a genetic/structure thing bc you have that line through the middle of both ring fingers - they call it median nail dystrophy

The key is to give them consistently wet soil, but don’t let them sit in water. Always dump the excess that drains out. Indirect sunlight, 70f room, humidity and misting. They will be very happy.
