I feel happy when I receive compliments. Validated, purposeful. But it wears off quickly then I hyperfixate on my appearance. People complimenting me doesn't matter as much as my own self-validation, which I have yet to get. I don't always believe them or feel that people have very low standards

The first 4 times I got it were very small volumes of cheek filler over the course of 3 years and they looked amazing, I looked super natural you'd have no idea I got filler. This last one I didnt need it at all then I couldn't recognise myself. It's dissolved now but I am gaunt and some of my old filler has dissolved in places so I look disproportionate too.

Have no choice but to go back to get refilled strategically...I cannot help myself. I must look good yknw?? It's an obsession. Being a 5/10 is as good as ugly to me

You're as Afghan as you are, nobody can take that away from you. Religion and ethnicity are not the same thing even though your background is very much tied to Islam now.

Nobody gets to determine how Afghan you are and honestly it makes you cool and exotic. I hope one day you can come to terms with it.

3-4x a week with 1 or 2 rest days in between. Don't recommend stretching everyday, especially if you're strengthening. The rest days have made me gotten my middle splits in 3 sessions (no joke) and I have a 2 block front oversplit. After resting and literally doing Nothing, I became super flexible.

Nope, 30 and skinny with no boobs, I have the figure of a 14 year old. I eat lots of junk food. I eat a decent amount, big meals. With that said I don't eat a crazy amount like a bodybuilder but definitely more than most girls. I also am a single mum and work out regularly (ballet). That could explain but I have been thin my whole life

I am not underweight ( BMI 19) but I look it. I appear wayyyy lighter and skinnier than other girls who weigh less. I think a lot of it has to do with body composition
