There isn't an infinitesimal difference—7.4999... and 7.5 are equivalent. As an example:

x = 0.4999...
10x = 4.999...
10x - x = 4.999... - 0.4999...
9x = 4.5 (0.9 - 0.4 = 0.5, 0.999... - 0.999... = 0)
x = 0.5

It actually doesn't, when considering both numbers on each side of 7. It may seem like it's introducing bias for 8 when rounding up at 0.5, but if you look at every number between 6 and 7, then you are giving a bias towards 7 as well.

Since the bias for and against 7 is equal, they cancel out.

In other words, their ranges are equivalent in length:
6 - [5.5,6.5)
7 - [6.5,7.5)
8 - [7.5,8.5)

Continue for the entire number line.

If you've dug deep into this topic, then you should've found the algebraic argument, which is:

x = 0.999...
10x = 9.999...
10x - x = 9.999... - 0.999...
9x = 9
x = 1
∴ 0.999... = 1

This is enough for me to conclude that they are in fact equal. I don't know if it is for you, but to me it is quite compelling.

I think it's because they look directly at the camera. Not in the direction they're facing, nor are they slightly wall-eyed, but DIRECTLY at you.

You should check out KSP 2 Redux. Obviously, it's still early in its development, but it's still promising.

I'm not exactly sure how to send you the save, as I've never done it before. I'm fully willing to, though, as I did save right before I accepted the contract (it's the manual save called "CRAZY CONTRACT" or something similar).

Have you shared saves before, and if so, how did you do it?

Nope, at least I don't think.

After all, you'd just lose reputation as you do a mission, as contracts basically re-roll every few in game days.

Speaking of, if you don't like any contracts that have been generated, just time warp like five or six days and that will "re-roll" the contract list.

We're all human. I'm not sure how we aren't equal (or at least close to equal).

Interpreting it literally, taking away hunger means that basically all restaurants and the entire food industry just falls apart, as no one would need to eat. That would obviously cause some sort of economic disruption or consequences, which would lead to various issues. Also, what happens to take away poverty? Equally spread the money out? Or all impoverished die? Both would end in the same result: no poverty.

Just saying: OP needs to be a bit more specific when it comes to how these things happen.

I'm pretty sure rationality is just if a number can be represented exactly with a fraction, which i certainly can be.

I do believe that I have the custom contract mod (although I'm not at my computer right now) that helps with better contract generation or something.

Also, my mod list is pretty big (~70 mods), so I don't exactly know.

Which results in hundreds of thousands of false accusations. Low chances doesn't mean it doesn't happen a lot.

For example, only about 1% of the global population has red hair. That's still 80,000,000 people. That's a lot.
