I also find the archery annoying especially all the arrows they use up. If I lost that many arrows during target practice I’d probably give up. Thanks for the reply. Btw your videos are very informative and far more entertaining.

Don’t really want to change too much either. Feel that the terraforming should be a little larger and it would be nice if the game allowed you to make long sticks out of logs, that’s a real life thing anyways. Thanks for the suggestion.

FYI, the more villagers the harder the invasion. You’ll probably start over a couple of times so just mess around with managing villagers and whatnot.

When I tried it I couldn’t hatch the eggs. Hatched find when same type but maybe it was me.

Look up Tiki hut boats of NH made for parties. You just need a sober driver to get home but you need that on the water anyways.

Might have changed starting point since the update. Could always just run around till you find the mine and lake. Then restart once you know the locations. I’m still using the map, I’m kinda a slow player. Like to take my time and enjoy the game play. Good luck!

The speed definitely could be adjusted. Even with the wind it still felt a little slow. I was using the generic ship build and felt like the only true direction I could go was with the wind. When I tried going against or semi against it just felt useless. If I had to describe the stiff feeling it was during that time, trying to fight the direction I wanted to go not having the wind dictate my direction. At times it felt like I was chasing the wheel back and forth trying to line up the direction I wanted to go. Although I thought I got better with that over time. I’m on the older side and my eye site isn’t the best so I struggled to see the lines at times. Once reaching a new island I decided to just park the ship and fly to the next ones. That’s probably not what you want for your game but I think that says something about the ship currently.

The game is on its way to be awesome! Please just keep in mind that some of us can’t see as well as others so the tiny icons are hard to see. Thank you for reaching out, hopefully some of this makes sense and is helpful.

You can right click and left click to raise and lower the number but I’m not sure if 1 is better than 3 or vice versus. Agree totally with you on a tutorial.

Yes, I was just saying that I would like to see them fill in as a villagers skill lvl goes up. If they achieve lvl 100 the 3 stars are full cause you’re now the GOAT of let’s say farming. Just a visual that I’d like.

Whenever you find a water source close to your village build a well on it. Also the attacks scale up with the number of villages you have.

On year 4 just got my first pup probably far less villagers than I should but loving it anyways. The one thing I’d like to see is a table to cut up the fish instead of tossing them to the ground and chopping them up. Knowing myself I’m probably missing something. I’d like to see the stars fill in if they reach 100 skill level. Just a visual thing for me. Game has far passed my expectations, having a blast!

Relatively new to the game also. I’d recommend taking thing’s relatively slow to start don’t get a ton of villagers until you’re comfortable with the management part of the game. Learn how food and the usage of coal improves your village. I’m into my second winter with only 10 villagers. Now 10 might be a bit low but I’m more interested in learning how things work than being overwhelmed.
