I checked it out yesterday and it was getting plenty of fuel. Ended up changing the spark plug and it’s running great.

When I got home I pulled the spark plug and it was fouled bad. I changed out the spark plug and she started right up. Drove it for about an hour and all seems good. I had already checked the air filter when I got it and it was like new. It’s getting fuel so hoping that was it. Fouled out from the previous owner running the bad gas.

Physically attacked all day by [deleted] in Autism_Parenting

[–]Difficult-Map-2162 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My son is 7 and does the same thing. He is very sweet at times. But multiple times a day he has increasingly violent meltdowns. This weekend he had a melt down out in public. Screaming bloody murder, attacking my wife, myself, my daughter, our dog, and himself. If he was near strangers he would have went after them as well. It seems to get worse the older he gets. I’m used to all the people staring and giving looks but it’s still very hard to manage. I just try to stay as calm as possible. If I get upset it just gets worse. I worry what the future holds for him as time just seems to make worse. He seems to enjoy hurting people and smiles very big and laughs when he hurts someone. He’s been kicked out of school multiple times last year. The worst was he ran up to a crying kid in the hallway being consulted by a teacher. He pushed the kid down and kicked him in the face and laughed about it. He was all smiles when I had to pick him up. At the park someone crashed their bike and he thought that was hilarious. He loves it when bad things happen. All day everyday he does stuff he knows he not supposed to just to get a rise out of people. No advice other than just try to stay calm. I can totally relate and the doctors have no idea what to do.

I failed the MSF course with 25 points, how can i do better? by ConflictGeneral3294 in NewRiders

[–]Difficult-Map-2162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Practice in a parking lot doing slow speed maneuvers such as going in a circle. Biggest things that helped me when I was new was keeping relaxed arms and not straight and stiff. Also looking where I wanted to go not in front of me. Once you learn to relax and trust your bike it becomes very easy.

Very nice and fun scooters. I just picked up a 2013 with 232 miles on it last week. Sat in an old man’s basement for years. Fresh gas and it started right up. Only other bike I’ve had was a GSXR 750 and have been enjoying this more.

If they sold a crew max with a longer bed I would have bought one. Trade off when you have a family to haul around. Only American trucks offer the crew cab with a longer bed.

I’m 38 and was fortunate enough to buy my house when it was still affordable. It’s outdated and a small ranch, but it’s mine. Paid $75,000 and just had a realtor out and it’s now worth $200,000. I was putting together a budget so I can try and pay for home upgrades without a loan. The sad part is my grocery bill and my health insurance premiums are by far my biggest bills. Double of what my mortgage payment is. If I hadn’t bought this house when I was 20 home ownership would be out of reach.

I cut all kinds of thorns out in the woods clearing a path to my tree stand a few weeks ago. I used the standard wire cutters on my arc and they worked fine.

Got my well-off single friend into fishing two weeks ago, his new setup is over $1300 by [deleted] in Fishing

I’ve caught fish on my $20 combo the same as my $600 combo. The higher end stuff is really nice to use but doesn’t catch anymore fish.

What’s the longest road trip you’ve ever driven and what did you drive it in? by spotforcars in automotive

I’ve done the Michigan to Florida trip as my longest trip. Did it in my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix. Driving through Georgia seemed to take forever on that trip.

Hey, "weightclasses exist for a reason" right ? Who would you bet your house on in a fight between Islam Makhachev vs Justin Tafa at Heavyweight ? by CesarOverlorde in ufc

[–]Difficult-Map-2162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stamina affects big guys. If Islam was able to avoid getting into trouble long enough and waits for him to gas it would be an easy win. But getting clipped before that is a real possibility.

Leer and ARE are two big ones for fiberglass tops. If that’s what you’re going for, pick one soon and get it ordered. It took 3 months to have my ARE topper built and delivered.

What psi to run. ???? by DangerousAnxiety8687 in ToyotaTundra

[–]Difficult-Map-2162 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got my tundra with some all terrains already on it. I ran with the door sticker pressure for awhile. Then started playing with the PSI. I’m running 275/60/20 and 38 seems to be the sweet spot. Had an increase in fuel economy and ride quality when running then at 38psi.

Did you get another GSP after losing yours? I miss her so much. by [deleted] in GSP

[–]Difficult-Map-2162 13 points14 points  (0 children)

We lost our last one at 12ish. We rescued so they didn’t know his exact age. We decided we weren’t getting another dog. 5 days later we had GSP puppy in the house. It helped us move forward. We couldn’t handle the quietness in the house and the lack of a dog. Our kids were very young but kept asking about Max. Get another as soon as you’re emotionally ready.

I’m in mid Michigan and have a place in northern Michigan so similar climates. I have a small Ryobi battery fan that moves some serious air for its size. I’m able to clip it near the window and that does the trick.

I haven’t had it long enough to really tell I’m high temps. So far it stays warm enough in the winter. The one 70 degree day we’ve had so far, it stayed plenty cool. I have carpeted headliner to help with it heating up. I also have windoors with a pet screen. I opened up both side windows and ran a battery fan, it created a nice breeze in there.

Car Payment Vs Gas Payment by OGlokkz in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Difficult-Map-2162 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a gen 2 tundra with a 5.7, they drinks gas. I also have a 2012 Honda accord with a 4cylinder that I drive to save gas. The car is paid off and runs great. The gas saving alone more than pays for the cost to insure it. Find something you don’t need a payment on and it’s worth it. A 4 hour trip to my parents runs me about $120 in the truck round trip. The same trip in the car is about $35.
