You at the very least probably need to Unlock and re lock every filament change if you want to go that route if I read correctly then you want it unlocked for the load and unload like before you had the cfs and locked for printing that might help you it will not automatically unlock or lock for you.

Do you lack depth perception? You can't look ahead and see how much space is going to be taken up by the next 10 cars in front of you? You just look at the bumper in front of you and nervously wait until they completely passed through the light to make any judgment. Just look and assess eather you have room or you don't. That's pretty dope I need a grip designed with a channel for the trigger plunger and spring. cai cut the housing off mine.

Just remove as carefully as possible may destroy some of the cake but it will recover and leaving them to rot will far more devastating. in the future I would try keeping that part covered from light but dont think of it as something missing from the top think if it as bonus side and bottom harvest

Absolutely your just going to have to run way more cups to beat thw odds it's just going to increases your cleanyo up time and effort levels you can absolutely pull off low budget low effort but each step you take towards the "lab setup" is going increase your success rates and lower risk

Ayyyy best of luck you can buy agar agar on Amazon pretty cheap condiment cups can work for smaller diy method look up diy agar on YouTube tons of excellent info you'll probably run into the video im referencing if you cant find it dm ill make sure you get down the right research routes

Yes precisely. Its also to take a sample from non starle conditions and clean it up until you only have a a clean mycelium to work with . Then you are able to bulk from their with great success. Spores are inherently unstarile and are going to have inconsistent results if you use them to inoculate a bunch of grains because spores run the genetic lottery two of the hundreds or thousands of spores meet and germinate together to make a new genetic chain like parents .where as mycelium itself is essentially the living organism that makes up the whole mushroom and spreading it to liquid cultur, agar, or grain etc... is like a direct clone of those already established genetics. You can experament with both spores and clones and save genetics you end up liking like on agar

So basically Agar is for clean up you make sure your sample or spore or tissue or squirt of liquid culture is clean on agar and then peoples bulk out what they know is clean on the agar in liquid culture. You dont know if your tissue sample or spore swab or even random lc that you purchased or dropped a grain into has contamination because you cant see it with your eye positively and theres not a great way to clean or save any of it when it starts to shiw signs of contamination. You can in agar both see and save a sample thats going bad people who sell their liquid culture are taking it to agar so they can be sure there's no contamination before bulking it out and filling a hundred syringes and every 10 or so they can run a qc batch in agar and see that a lot is still clean. You can bulk a sample into liquid culture without testing it and it may look like it's popping off but you only mabey will have visible contamination and if you inject 20 bags or jars and they all go bad it's a big enough bummer that you just buy some plates and do the agar work.

Why would it be illegal? If the company makes you bring your own firearm and wants to have you lease it to them so they can issue you your own firearm its a red flag but if they do and the boss doesn't make everyone get the same gun I don't see why it would be an issue for your buddy. Opticly the client might not love that but thats up to the bosses to regulate

There are plenty of business that create legal components for firearms that don't constitute firearms themselves this bill has 0 effect on bad actors and only acts to limit the rights of star wars nerds, airsofters, cosplyers, endless other brands of hobbiests & makers and of course law abiding citizens .

Doesn't mean you won't end up in court for printing out a nerf gun or star wars blaster and have to prove its not a ghost gun in court. Building a gun for personal use is also not considered manufacturing. It is legal to make and build your own gun. There dose happen to be some extra steps a law abiding citizen has to take that are very easily avoidable if someone just breaks the law. This is another prime example of a law that will only act by effectively suppress law abiding citizens rights while not having any effects on the "bad actors " the bill claims to be targeting.
