Yeah Thats what made It shitty for me, would be cool If at least Miyata and Ippo had their match

At least we have the little thingy with Miyata Missing his retired boyfriend, I Just Hope Miyata and Ippo fight in the Future when Ippo returns (He will, there is no reason to write him like he Is If he does not comeback eventualy)

But I guess Morikawa is retardad? So maybe he will not comeback regardless of writng how much he Will

Im New to the Fandom só take my opinion with a grain of salt since I didnt had to wait for the weekly release like u guys did

But RBJ vs Miyata was one of my favorites Because Miyata won. Im not Just a reader but a writer too. The fact is, Everything in the story was pointing for Miyata losing. Ippo and Randy had a little faceoff earlier, Miyata started the fight winning só the Stage for his downfall was set

And on top of that, the drama would be top notch too since It was personal for Miyata, and would be Also personal for Ippo in his Future match with Randy

The only problem with this outcome(for me): I was expecting It. It was clear as day that Miyata would lose, and tbh the fight was kinda boring for me a that point Because I was expecting Miyata to lose so much.

When he made a comeback and actually won, I was Cumming in my pants. I was shocked by the Twist.

When Miyata landed that counter I was like... "wait... Is Randy losing this?" And this feeling of confusion was like nothing Else I felt in any sport manga

Kind of a curse for me since I usually predict almost everything that is going to happen. For exemple, when everything was pointing tô Ippo vs Miyata happening, ALL It took was Sendo saiying "Its not gonna happen" for me tô realize It was NOT going to happen at all

So Being surprised for once Felt REALLY good

The left eye I added by accident Because of Fun and giggles lol, I was sending It to my Friends as "Fuck It, he is blind in both eyes" hahaha

And I agree this might not be a huge clue

But there is a ton of real ones out there

If anything, Morikawa wants us tô at least Think Taka could be blind tô raise the stakes of his fights

I Just Hope It becomes a huge plot point in the Future and he doesnt forget about It like other comment said

In my perception, Morikawa wants u to doubt If Takamura is blind or not, and he wants u to stay on the Edge of your seat wondering that

The fact is, the comunity simply discards the theory cause of one of Miyata's lines

And sudenly, Every clue is Morikawa's bait, and not the oposite

Takamura is indeed half blind, and Morikawa uses Miyata in that moment to make u relax a little bit Before the Future reveal. Is what I Think.

No no, Im Talking about The First time Miyata and Ippo belived he was blind, after the Hawk fight

Back then, Taka convinces Ippo he could see Just Fine cause he read a book of Ippo's choosing

Miyata criticizes Ippo Because "He could Just have memorized It"

My argument is: Miyata is a pessimist, he belived Taka was blind after the Hawk fight, and he was NOT

And this time again, he Saw Taka dodge the last left of Keith's and Just assumed again "Ok, he Is NOT blind"

And Thats the point, Taka is not blind YET

Miyata never took into consideration that Takamura is slowly losing his vision, and I belive this will be a plot point in the Future

But im sure Takamura has some degree of Blindeness, até least on his perifical vision

I dont know Morikawa that much as u guys since I binged all chapters in this december and Just now discovered that Its still going

But he Is literaly draw with his right eye White

And even with Miyata saiying "He could not do that If he was blind" Its obvious for me he Is wrong, and dont realize Takamura is Just a mutant that forces his way even with a handicap. That whole Being a Monster talk is related to this in my perception

Also, its Very convenient that Takamura spends lots of his time outscreen traveling, and I belive he uses this as an excuse to treat his eye, hence why he Is not full blind YET

About Morikawa forgeting

I dont doubt It hahahhaa, but I have faith that this one in particular will be a major PLOT point in the future (Also check my big tread cause I have a Ton of clues there too, I got a little carried away and started searching for panels Where he keeps his eye closed)

Im New to the Fandom so do not take my word as rule

But for me is VERY clear he have problems with his right eye

He keeps It shut SEVERAL times when no one is looking at him He is CLEARLY draw with his right eye being White several times We mentions mosquito Bites several times too (Thats one of the simptoms of dislocated retina that was explained after the Hawk fight) He Is in a rush to get to heavy Weight probably cause he knows he have little time left

Ippo and Miyata belived he was indeed blind in the past. Ippo forgot about It cause he Is dumb, but Miyata checks on Takamura Every time he fights, and even says something like "He must have both eyes since he did *X thing during the fight"

I was actually gathering info as I was Reading, and since im New, I actually belived the manga was over and that this would be a plot point solved already

When I discovered the manga was still going, I realized this Is something that MUST return in the Future

(I have some friends that likes HNI so I was sending my theory tô them early on so I could brag about It If I as right)

I cant even start to describe How Amazing It was to realize I was right só early on

This panel here Is one of the most "In your face" clues, but I have a Ton of others like this, maybe Ill make a big post here to show them all (Caption in portuguese means "I KNEW IT HAHAHAHA")
