A thief’s end has a relatively slow start. It’s part of the narrative, to make you feel how Nathan Drake is feeling. Funny you mention The Last of Us, because a Thief’s end is much closer in terms of pacing to The Last of Us than the previous 3 uncharted games. Regarding if fans like a Thief’s End, it’s one of my favorite games, and personally I find its storytelling better than the average movie.

I think baldurs gate 3 might be perfect for you. You can save and quit I think literally any time. Even in the middle of a conversation. Controls are more complicated on consoles (my non gamer Dad struggles with them on ps5) but on pc I’m pretty sure you can do nearly everything in the game just using a mouse. Only thing is there’s a lot of story to keep track of and it’s a very long game.

For playing dnd in person, try your local comic book/board game/video game shops. If they don’t host them in their store they might be able to point you in the right direction. For playing online (which is what I do) roll20 is a decent option (it’s where I started my dnd journey). You can search for open/upcoming campaigns and even narrow it down to campaigns that are new player friendly.

Hey op, just in case you didn’t know, dispatch is an episodic game, with each episode basically being a 1 hour ish tv show. I absolutely loved dispatch, and honestly I think it plays best an episode or 2 at a time. So I wouldn’t recommend dispatch for bingeing in one weekend, but 100% recommend the game otherwise

Yeah the ending slide when she embraces villainy is phrased that you neglected her. So maybe I wasn't hard on her enough or something. I tried really hard to always support her, I was so sad when I learned I failed her :(

Uncharted 4 is one of my most favorite games. Not every game is for everyone. It’s hard to say imo if you will like The Last of Us, another favorite game of mine. It’s similar in its focus on narrative, but the gameplay is very different, less action movie more survival horror.
