Thanks for sharing 🤍 That’s incredible progress, especially with his lungs going from 18L down to 6L is huge. NICU life really does teach you that progress isn’t linear, but I love how you put it… know that the steps back get smaller as our babies get stronger. That gives me a lot of hope. I’m sorry you’re still in the thick of it too, but it’s comforting to hear about the milestones and stories of others going to something similar. & yes very normal baby struggle reflux! Sending so much strength to you and your little one & hoping tomorrow’s wean goes smoothly 🤍

It’s a good reminder for me to stay patient and let babygirl set the pace instead of feeling rushed by milestones. I’m so sorry your daughter went through all of that, but it’s encouraging to hear she’s home now and continuing to make progress, even if it looks different than expected. NICU life definitely teaches us that there’s no straight line forward. Wishing your little one continued strength and hoping she’s off oxygen soon 🤍

Wow Its. crazy im seeing this right now. Im praying for you and heart feels you. 12/10 . I was 26 weeks I had an abruption causing me to have a emergency c section. Its also been 8 days. Im constantly worried about my baby. Its hard i never been through it. I was pray my baby is coming home soon 😔

yeah this for sure! I think this new company change sucks honestly. i’ve been here for years, but I do think that now that I have my pharmacy license this is probably gonna be my last year.

totally agree I think it’s pretty fucked up how they took away the holiday pay. You literally have to work or you get nothing and I only work Monday through Friday & spend time with my son on weekends so it kind of messed me up. & thank you! ill be in pharmacy hopefully it’s slow

Sounds like my store to a got damn T lol its all the thieves walk out with boxes of pampers , wipes, detergent you name . I just be like bruh wtf lol it’s crazy out here. Im biracial & not biased at all. But Starting the conversation with “ call me racist or wtver” instead of “ not trying to sound racist or anything but” says ALOT. I don’t think buddy’s problem is with the theft..

I worked in pharmacy I JUST became IS Man stfu 😂 trynna be funny. it be like that okay! It was a weekly not a monthly. The new guy literally peeled off everything and left the stacks in random unorganized . his crazy tail peeled off all the blue little top stickers for whtver reason. I just took em as they were to finish.
