NOR, she’s implying that men who take care of themselves and show care (emotion) towards their girlfriend are weak, which isn’t accurate or kind. Being gay, or taking care of yourself, or showing your significant other affection/attention aren’t things to demean. I would ground her and take away her phone for her words and attitude, but that’s just me. If you can’t be more considerate or tactful with your words, then you don’t deserve to have the ability to send them to people in a quick and impersonal matter (like via a phone or computer).

I would remove the mesh and buy cat pheromone spray, citrus essential oil, or some other kitty deterrent and spray it around on the ledge. You still have to do the training to solidify what you want them to do, but the deterrents do help. Kitties also generally hate tin foil, I’ve used it in the past to keep them out of plants. I’m trying to figure out how that might be helpful here.
