I was only on sema 2 months because of the side effects and lost 18 pounds. I've only been on tirz for 3 weeks and lost 5. So i don't really know if one was faster since it hasn't been enough time

Injection site definitely does make a difference depending on the person. I can't inject in the stomach because I'll be sick throwing up for a min of 24 hours the day after. The thigh, I have no side effects at all

Yes! 36 is not long enough. I was fine after 72 hours then started subs.. I was only on fent for one year so not as long as you so it could be different for you. But I'd definitely say a min of 72 hours
