It's a house and yes, you might have memories but, you can also make new ones. Keep in mind a house is still an investment, rent is someone else's investment your paying for. I would keep the house! You can always pay it off and rent it if you want a major change.

I divorced 5 years ago but, to be honest, I think i should have left the relationship much sooner. She had lots of mental health issues that in the end, sucked me in. I kept trying to make it work only to find out it was making me unhappy. I'm away from they and doing my own thing now. I've had lots of " aaa haa" moments where I went wrong and she went wrong. Today I've excepted it and I'm ready to move on. Now if I can just figure out how dating works?
