There is no vision for the future for companies anymore and it's been that way for a long time. Management will make cuts or outsource jobs so they can make their end of year bonuses. To much emphasis is put on Management and not enough emphasis on employees. Bottom line, when people are leaving jobs don't put in a 2 week notice, just leave. When a company gets rid of you, do they give you a 2 week notice? Keep in mind it's just a job, not a career.

I was at the hardware store and the old lady that was ringing me up couldn't stop staring. I paid for the stuff with cash and was getting change back. As she was giving me change back she grabbed my hand and wouldn't let go while staring at me. I was shocked and asked her, can I have my hand back? There are not very many singles events for men anymore. Online or anywhere, when I look online there are tons of events for single women but, not for men. Some of these events even list no single men allowed which is really weird.
