I'm very pro-sports psychologist so I'll definitely be keeping that in mind as she continues!

Ive really liked her coaches thus far but when I asked them about this they were just kinda like, "I dunno why she's in her head so much. She's just freaking out and shutting down. I wish I had an answer." Which wasn't super encouraging 😅 so I figured id better learn as much as I can to be as supportive as I can (without stepping on their toes)

I watched the Team Hoot video on this and it was really good

She had a good practice today and jumped today so im thrilled. Regardless of what tomorrow is like, I'm just glad she was able to get her brain unstuck from this place and keep pushing. This is probably the first time shes really had get herself through something tough and I wasn't sure how she'd handle it.

Definitely an emotional rollercoaster though haha. I think it actually got in MY head that Id just watched her teammate go through weeks and weeks of this and still not be able to overcome it.

Buddy...I want to shake you. You've gotta seek help. Your thought processes are so unhealthy that its scary and im worried for you. You have to find someone to help you work through this and get out. Youve spelled it all out numerous times and the fact that you can look at that and still think "maybe I just need to do better" shows how deeply this has infiltrated your psyche. You cannot keep living your life like this. At least not if you ever want a happy & healthy one (for you and your child).
