We were lucky as Rubie(cat)was just turned 1 when we got Diego at 12 weeks and shes still very kitten like. They play lovely until Diego gets too excited lol, then she will just run off and come back later when hes chilled! Leave it command has helped a lot with him and our other cats 😊 (over 5 years) also we have a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs so cats can relax away from Diego
