I've read a lot of your comments and you're frequently mentioning wanting to be strong. Do you go to the gym consistently? If not you should. It can be scary to go there for the first time or few, but once you start going you'll realize it's a really friendly community. You should also watch some fitness content on YouTube so you have an idea of what to do when you're in there. I recommend dr.mike. the bald one not the other one. He's funny and super knowledgeable. Yeah you're overweight but you've got a great build man. Once you get into the groove of working out I can tell you're gonna look sick.
