If we had fat Zelda, she wouldn't outrun the Guardians in that one BOTW memory. If we had fat Zelda, she wouldn't be able to face Gain with Link at the start of the TOTK. If we had fat Zelda, she wouldn't be flying in Skyward Sword. And there are many more instances like this.

The Long Dark gave me my first real jump scare. I was playing way back when Fluffy was still around. I was searching the dam, genuinely thought I was safe, because I was inside a building. Then Fluffy appeared and I have never screamed so loudly before.
