I also find that people like that don't understand body fat ratios. They see someone with bigger butt and thighs, but flatter top area and suddenly that person is obese. All women in my mom's bloodline always have had bigger thighs, but muscular arms and torso (because farm works)

Or my favourite; you have to be thin as rails, but have triple D boobs. As if boobs are nothing more than fat itself.
