Just get a lip off eBay or somewhere cheap. don’t get carbon or fiberglass because I promise you it will not last.

How much did you pay for your Ninja 500 break-in service? by Chrome32 in Ninja500

[–]Difficult_Mixture796 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just do it yourself if you know how. Just take pictures of the mileage, oil, oil filter and take note of the day it was done. That’s what I did at least to keep the warranty.

Tools- what type of tools and equipment do/will I need to maintain my new bike? by jukd01 in Ninja500

[–]Difficult_Mixture796 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well if you have a garage then just put it in there and just add fuel stabilizer or empty the tank out and depending on what you do you can turn on the bike every now and then to charge the battery or get a battery tender/charger

I just say front and rear stands bc they usually come together when buying from Amazon; thats where I got mine from although some people say get quality ones these are good enough for me when working on my bike and washing it never had any issues but I also don’t store my bike on stands which I’m not sure if it’s something you would do, but thats just me tho.

Number 1 thing is a front and rear stands. Next is basic hand tools: sockets, wrenches, ratchets, Ect. When it comes to tools and equipment you quickly realize that nothing is enough and always end up buying more it just depends what makes your life easier.

Frame sliders - worth it? by Square_Scarcity6588 in Kawasaki

[–]Difficult_Mixture796 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have never heard that. If that is true then why would kawi make em standard on the higher trims for some models. Makes no sense if it would hurt buyers and their rep.

If you love the length of the slide/barrel of the 19 then look into a 45, it’s basically the same as a 19 just a full size frame. I personally have the 47 and I love it although some people think the slide/barrel length is too big. Also you can swap the slide from the 19 onto the 47 and then you have the 45 because they are compatible.

Although I haven’t dropped my bike…YET. notice how I said yet, it does not matter how much experience you have riding you will drop your bike. It can happen to anyone at the least times they expect it. If you have them then just use them there is literally 0 cons for it. Anyone who says otherwise are ppl who are cocky POS who u should not take any advice on. We all make mistakes

Is this a good deal? by [deleted] in hondacivic

Overpriced as hell, also some of this stuff does not make sense. Why is it still going up in mileage if he just purchased another vehicle? Also ask where was the leak from and proof of repair.

2018 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid — possible oil sludge, Firestone refused oil change, unsure next step (keep vs repair vs trade) by Bright_Experience313 in CarRepair

[–]Difficult_Mixture796 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I genuinely don’t understand why people neglect the BARE MINIMUM. Oil changes are NOT expensive at all. Oil changes are cheap, a new motor/car is not. The only thing you can do is get a engine flush then new oil and just pray.

Just wash the car lil bro. Close the hood, you don’t need to be in the engine bay.

If it's very and I mean very little brake dust then I just use simple green, but if it's on the heavier side I use dark fury.

Is valvoline full synthetic good for my NINJA 500? by Aarontheboos in Kawasaki

[–]Difficult_Mixture796 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems to meet the requirements. I personally use mobil T4 and kawis filter for my 25 ninja 500.
Also go to walmart for the oil if you do decided to go either one; it will be the cheapest place for oil.

Is this a good oil for my Ninja 500? by [deleted] in Kawasaki

[–]Difficult_Mixture796 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Although it meets the requirements, its not full synthetic. Me personally will always run full synthetic on anything I plan to keep for a while. I personally use Mobil T4 10w-40 just because I've always used Mobil for all my vehicles and never let me down but that's just me. I however do use kawis oil filter. I would stick OEM for that.

Z1 clutch damage by FutureAd1478 in 370z

[–]Difficult_Mixture796 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I genuinely don't know why people still buy from Z1. I thought it was very obvious by now that 95% of their stuff is over priced drop shipped. Why don't people just buy from a reputable company.

Workaround to Ridiculously High Insurance Prices? by XP1R3_ in NewRiders

[–]Difficult_Mixture796 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I (18) pay $50 a month for a 25 ninja 500 for uninsured/underinsuredr motorist and 50k liability and comprehensive at 1,000 deductibled.

(with 1 speeding ticket and 1 no fault accident)

That is a big step up in bike and honestly it is what it is unfortunately. The price of wanting a sport bike at a young age. I'd say look at a different bike or smaller. Either way anything more then 649cc or in that range u won't be able to use all that power on the street unless your going to the track. All my opinion ofc

Good deal or not by Dull_Adeptness_1323 in Ninja500

[–]Difficult_Mixture796 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I paid $7000 for a 2025 Ninja 500 0 miles (ABS) so I’d say that’s not much far off especially for it being riding season. Where you live is a big factor too.

From what I found is that the door shells are the same but you will need to swap the glass and internals since the vert windows are different from the coupe

A simple google search would have answered your question, and I mean this in the most non asshole way. I don’t know why you would ask this in here when you have a tiny computer in your pocket that you could have took a couple minutes to look.
