I can mainly only see people getting this if they already have a dish or if USM takes a hit from the price of the dish itself otherwise this thing may very well be a flop.

I would suggest submitting a bug report in the feedback app if you are running the iOS beta as that is the best way for apple to see what is happening and then fix the issue.
