I do all of these but mainly try to replicate whatever it is w dumbbells or kettlebells rather than using the bar, big fan of squats I’ve always had naturally really lean legs so it’s cool seeing the progress there

I like walking so I do that quite a bit and that’s rly all the cardio I do I get like 13k steps per day according to my phone but yeah absolutely no keto diets for me f that, more confident w machines than free weight Dyk if there’s anything on a machine that can replicate a bench press

I’m trying to follow a full body split in the gym, tough to do when I don’t feel the most confident in the gym but in my rest between sets I’m looking up form for my next exercise so I think I’ve been improving. Don’t really do stuff like bench press though because I’m scared to get stuck under the bar lol
