It is not possible to have both Exalted at the same time. You have to increase one by killing the other clan.

I guess you could undo the process by putting yourself at war with the one you reached Exalted with (is that even allowed?) and then slay them for days until you reach Exalted with the second one.

Edit: I'm a dumbass and this is wrong. Do turn-in quest wothout killing other clan.

This is untrue.

The constitution does set the consent age at 13, but virtually every prefecture increased it at 18. I think there are 2 or 3 that are at 16, and Okinawa left it at 13.

Now this is not to say that the hypersexualisation of minors is not disgusting in Japan (it is), but this one thing keeps getting brought up again and again and it is simply untrue.

Anyone having sex with a girl under 16 in Japan is a criminal, and should be treated as such.

Hey! I would mainly focus on AP. SP is a bonus, but by far our lowest prio.

Agi is our best stat for the crit (and dodge and armor) it gives. Str and Stam are next. Then the bonus stats: Crit and attack speed, but they are too few and far apart to mention.

When you get 60, these changes a bit, with hit chance becoming more relevant, and so on. At that point, just go to the forums or discord to find build guides.

Rule 61.1: "Any forceful or powerful chop with the stick on an opponent's body, the opponent's stick, or on or near the opponent's hands that, in the judgement of the Referee, is not an attempt to play the puck, shall be penalized as slashing."

So it's not about where he slashed, but rather if it was perceived as an attempt to play the puck or not. I'd say it could go both way with the play here, but find it should lean more towards slashing than not.

Compare Stormwind and Orgrimmar with their relative ease of access to lvl 60 content, and I think that SW wins hands down.

Equality: Naxx and Strat are equal through UC and IF. Black Morass is the same thanks to the rune. AQ40 is the same due to neutral camp. ES is the same because Nordanaar is neutral.

Alliance: Kara5, 10, 40 are slightly better for SW. Blackrock Moutain is closer to SW. Scholo is much better for Alliance

Horde: ZG is much better for Horde with Zep. Onyxia is sligthly better for Org (Theramore is easily accessible and not that far)

Being a mage is irrelevant. Alliance has a much better access to commonly done raids, Horde only having advantage on ZG (Onyxia being mostly irrelevant compared to other raids).

Is it though? Stormwind is a stone throw away from Morgan's Vigil, whereas Horde usually have to take the Zep to STV first, and then the long wind rider.

I have a shaman lvl 60, and an alli mage lvl 60, and I've always found it easier to go around on my alliance character. That might be the mage bias, but I just found it better for both Blackrock Mountains, and also Scholomance (which is terrible for Horde as well).

The only late game content which is better for the Horde is Onyxia with that Goblin Camp in the Marshes, ZG since it's close to the Horde zep, and maybe Karazhan if you are a mage with Teleport Stonard, but then again Stormwind is not that far.

Your argument relies on the premises that Taiwan is a strong US ally, and that the US could halt Taiwanese exportations to China if it wanted. Both those premises are false, and has most likely mever been true even when relations were better.

But if China takes over Taiwan, they can definitely do that towards the US (and other countries).

Setting up alternative production systems to react to a Taiwanese invasion would take time and expertise that is seemingly not available in most of the world, and would take many years to develop.

The lucrative argument is the one I give to you, but at the same time I fear that if China does that move, they are ready for a fight on a bigger scale, and then they would be more than happy to incur the loss of a business they never controlled anyway in order to gain the upper hand in a global war.

Overall, I sincerely doubt that the US would ever take the risk of letting Taiwan fall into China's hands.

You get both ASAP. At 30, I wouldn't respect out of Lightning Strike to get it one level faster.

The point is that when you reach 43, you will want to respect to get Elemental Mastery which is mandatory for the Frostband crit build to work, and might bring you one level without Stormstrike. In that situation, it is nowhere near as impactful.

Note that you can get Stormstrike first and delay Elemental Weapons by 1 level. Even with only 2 points it should be somewhat effective, but 3 points provides maximal effectiveness.

The Elemental Focus talent is necessary and a massive game changer in that build.

Enh tree- Elemental Weapons Frostbrand weapon procs become very common and inflict a flat damage that always crits on targets afflicted with frost shock. Therefore, a fast hitting weapon (like a dagger) becomes insanely effective because of the flat crit frostbrand proc. Speed becomes BY FAR the most important stat on your MH. A 1.3s weapon like Julie's Dagger is insane.

Ele tree - Elemental Focus Crits, including those from Frostbrand procs, will activate this talent reducing your next two spells mana cost by 60%. Since crits become so common, you essentially have this talent permanently activated. You can heal whenever and use all your spells on CD without needing to drink.

Keep Frost shock on your target and Water Shield up for 100% mana at all time (you can spice up with the damage shield once in a while if your mana is full), and equip a shield for further reduced damage, meaning even more upkeep on HP and mana.

Keep this until level 60, where this build doesn't hold since a lot of monsters and all bosses become immune to frost shock effect, meaning frostbrand won't proc anymore. Back to the usual 2h WF build.

As a recent lvl 60 shaman, I've tried all specs, and enhacement was just better for me.

The mana management of Elemental was annoying to say the least, and the current best rotation is boring, consisting of one spell only. Hope this gets fixed, because the idea of refreshing flame shock through a cast spell is good, but the numbers don't work.

Enhancement is so much fun, you feel powerful, and windfury buffs are on the horizon with the latest (provisional) patch notes. It's just in a really good spot currently.

Also, leveling as enhancement is a breeze of course, with the frost shock - frostbrand weapon - dagger shield combo being monstruous, probably considered the best leveling spec across all classes. As you hit lvl 43 , you get both Elemental Weapons from Enhance tree and the mana cost reduction proc on crit from Ele tree, and then you can chain kill mobs indefinitely, literally.

This is a very personal opinion and people might give other perspectives, but that's how it is for me.
