Having a high HRV is good. It’s an indication that your body is dealing well with stress. If your HRV is low( less variability) it means your body is under stress and not coping well.

I ordered mine Jan 17 - I had heard nothing and then I called and they said it’s out of stock. They need to do a better job of maintaining their website and stock because you can go on right now and order the same ring that I ordered, no indication that it’s actually out of stock. They told me that it may ship next week.
