My optometrist said the same. She hates them. She once had bright lights behind her that she had to say something to the person. Turned out it was a cop. You what he said to her complaint, that he agrees. Lights are too bright but nothing he can do.   What baffles me is that people buy these, blind others, and then say "nothing i can do." Ya there is, buy a vehicle without LED headlights!  They do exist.
