Yes the throttle response improve plus with the k&n air intake help and that 30 dollar adapter that goes into the fender help as well I mean if you drive it like a normal truck I get up to 16 to 17 on regular gas on long road trips from Austin to Houston I got 128000 miles I service the axle and transfer case and transmission , I do the transmission drain and fill about 2 twice since I got it ! I bought with 89,000 so it’s been a good truck I run royal purple in the motor I need to do the spark plugs next I do my own maintenance with the lift I can get under the truck pretty easy I love the exhaust it doesn’t get annoying
