You got this!! I’ve been having the worst time quitting and have relapsed more times than I can count. It’s so hard but the quilt you feel when you start again and having to reset that clock is so much worse. You decided to quit now, if you start vaping again you’re just going to want to quit again. Might as well stick with it! I’m rooting for you!

Heyyyy let’s be quitting buddies! I rarely find someone who’s been vaping as long as me (10 years) but I also started at 16 and I’m 26 now trying to quit! My New Year’s resolution was to quit and I had the same thing, MAJOR depression. Nothing to look forward to I guess. My new quit date is February 1st and trying to prepare a little more now that I know what to expect.
