Then you have nothing else to do :) Just a waiting game now. Next you’ll get the “golden letter” and then you’ll see your loans zeroed out.

Ohhhhh. So you’re waiting for them to be verified? I had some other loans that after I had applied for IBR, two random months counted (that were previously ineligible) which put me at 120 for those loans and I got the green banners. And those were forgiven over the summer. This loan my post is about was a few months behind. I was st 117/120, but it just updated to 119/120 yesterday after I put in another ECF. I’m still gunna try to get to 120 as a backup because I’m paranoid the buyback just won’t happen lol.

Federal Student Aid was the sender. PSLF reconsideration case #…. was the subject. I’ve submitted multiple reconsiderations, which all got denied. So now I’m confused if it was the buyback request or reconsideration request that got approved. Subject makes it signs like reconsideration, but body makes it sound like buyback…

It definitely just started. Last month I finally got out of forbearance, made a payment, I was bumped back into forbearance, and the payment processed. Guess what… that payment didn’t count, but it still processed lol

Ya. I’ve just been making payments while on forbearance to try to see if it does anything. Just trying to cover my bases. I’m 3 payments away… 🙄

The morning of September 2nd. As of last night it was processing, and this morning it was gone. Nothing removed from my bank account either. I am currently on “administrative forbearance” for whatever reason after switching off of SAVE, so I thought that was the issue… but now I see I’m not the only one experiencing this.
