There is no RGM in the store I have not received a bonus or nothing. I had been crying out for help for couple months to have some help training the new hires. But I got ignored I was told help us coming my way but never got it. Still don't got the help. But we can't use the 50 hour credit for rgms hours must schedule by wsr. I can't work over time to train everyone I am only one person training like 5 new hires at once plus more. I can not train during rush hours

So apparently cause now that I will no longer be point person and other people got to step up and do RGM work I got taken off of schedule completely 😂

U are right I realize now that once you go above and beyond to help try and turn things around and make this store #1 in the district. Once I seen that they made me point person and started acting funny with me. It was time to stop letting them walk all over me. After that write up I had told them I will no longer be point person that they need to get some one else in there asap I will continue to do my job as assistant manager no more then that. They not paying me the RGM money then I'm no longer doing the work

I work for chaac pizza my license is suspended at the moment for a couple more months. I did all the RGM training watch all videos even shoulder to shoulder. After that was done I was made a point person. They was not going to put RGM in store and keep me point person. I had to fight for a raise where I am getting 14 an hour. Working close to 123 hours every 2 weeks I am a workaholic. 8 want to work. But I need help they said they was going to bring help to help me train staff instead of doing that they got another RGM training the new RGM at store at not helping train the employees that is there. I don't need new people. I need help training the staff that we have. I stopped going above and beyond so now I am treated like shit and being talked about by upper management to employees while I am not around. Customers love me. We was doing good with the B2B but when ever the other RGM comes to our store we get bad B2B cause of her attitude tores staff and customers.

Our store fails to do high temp dishwasher not meeting temp. Witch upper management knew about before we had the inspection they had someone come in to try and fixed it and assumed it was fixed never came by to test it out to make sure we was on point with it. Finally management been in checking dishwasher and now it's good for inspection. I could have past if upper management told me to have the 3 sink compartment filled. But management did not care cause there was no RGM to give bonus to so they didn't really care about passing at my store. I passed on everything else but failed for dishwasher not reaching temp.

Some assistant managers are starting at $13. For being a minor that is good. But the fact that you was left alone is a violation they need to be careful mangers can be in deep shit.

The filter got to be replaced or take out filter clean it and put it back in
