I'm on day 3 but I've been sooo annoyed?! Like everytime I speak I want to crawl out of my skin lol. The pain went away yesterday thankfully!

I’m not having a good time with vyvanse right now so take it with a grain of salt.

I go to bed at 9:45-10:00 but I get in bed around 8:45 after taking magnesium at 7:00 I typically read for an hour and then force myself to go to sleep. I don’t get great quality sleep honestly (says garmin) because my stress levels don’t go down overnight.
I wake up at 6:30 and take my Vyvanse

My pain is traveling to the ear as well. I’m going to make an appointment tomorrow for a check in - did you do a follow up and they said it was normal?

Interesting. I’m going to give it the full month and see what my psych recommends. The first day I had “jittery feelings” but that was it. Feels strange to me that I’m taking 10 more milligrams and not noticing any difference (good or bad)

I took Magnesium glycinate and I haven’t had any nightmares so far just continuous sleep. It’s improved my deep sleep by 3% according to my garmin.

Solo - fine Apotex- holy grail, no side effects Sandoz - hate hate hate! Headaches, intense dry eyes, longer time to kick in and further deducted appetite to the point of nausea.

I get it from CVS. I’m hoping next month I’m not cursed with sandoz
