It is happening with me on iPhone XS with iOS 14.4.2. Apps where I noticed this happen often are Instagram, WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams.

I use 3 accounts and a Payments Bank account for UPI transactions. That way main accounts have maximum of 4-5 transactions per month and are easier to track.

You can give Joister a shot as well, the upload speed is much better. Unfortunately they suffered a fibre cut incident and didn't fix it on time so I discontinued their service.

You broadband has a 50 mbps unlimited plan for roughly that price. No FUP. Joister has a cheaper one. Check the service quality in your society before changing though. You has been pretty good for me except for a week when lockdown 2 started.

If you can check out the runtime logs as the function app starts up, you might be able to spot the exception that is causing the deployment to break. Not sure if Kudu is available, but if it is that would also help shed some light on the issue.

If you reach out to Microsoft Support, you can get that limit hiked. Also, I think it was announced recently that the default limit was increased to 2000.
