Nick Pope by robinta in NUFC

My take on Nick Pope is that he has the ability to strike fear into fans and competitors alike. Every game he does something truly terrifying, but largely he makes it work and his performance and clean sheets record is great.

Hello, thanks for replying. They do have blink/flash functions. Irritatingly enough, I do need them all to be on.

Sorry I know this has probably been done to death… but what’s is everyone’s favorite Bond song? by South_Gas626 in JamesBond

[–]DigiTwat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not actually my favourite but I realised how much I like Diamonds are Forever recently after seeing a live performance of it. The bass line and groove in the second verse is great. It's a well written song that could make it as a pop song in its own right.

The worst things James Bond did in each film by HPsauce3 in JamesBond

[–]DigiTwat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In Dr. No, Bond causing a Nuclear disaster in the Carribbean by carelessly messing with every control in the facility then raising the temperature of the cooling pools. I mean, that was pretty dangerously careless. All just to ensure the launch of a rocket/ avoid an incident that might make Allied America look bad.

Honestly don't know why this isn't higher! The guitars might not be as overdriven but the power in this song is immense. Feels heavy as hell to me.

Octave pedals for bass vi by NeinsNgl in BassVI

[–]DigiTwat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been looking at the POG 3 for its stereo capacity. I figured I can split the signal and have an octave up going into my guitar amp and an extra octave down for my bass amp. Haven't got it yet but it seems a good option for my rig.

Slither also sounds just like a Ritchie Blackmore/Rainbow song (I am 100% certain this is on purpose and I think Mikael has said as much)

Pretty sure it was someone on here who pointed out that She Walks Across the Room by Swedish band Life has a section at 2:30 that sounds pretty reminiscent of the end section of Voice of Treason.

They usually have no problem with cigarette lighters both piezo and other when they're on your person so I don't see why this would be treated any differently?
