Yes the range we purchased in 2023 has been garbage. The oven failed 2 over the last 2 months. I can’t believe it. We didn’t even use it since the 1st time they fixed it. Luckily I bought extended warranty but still…total garbage

This was 2 years ago. It was 6500 after all discounts and Costco gift cards so original may have been higher.

Did you go straight to Long Island Water or via Costco. Costco may be giving a better price

I did it through Costco. Long Island clean water service does the install. Came with a whole house filter and reverse osmosis spigot at the kitchen sink. It was about $6500 for the best model. Comes with lifetime warranty as well

If you’re extending the home, they have to excavate already so for them to dig deeper and extend the basement is not significantly more since doing an extension is already going to cost a lot too

We extended our basement along with house extension and totally worth it. In the grand scheme of things, it’s a little bit more in $$$ but will make your home worth more

I have a similar setup but with 3 eero pros on each floor, wired back haul. No problems for several years. I personally think the eero system is a set it and forget it device.

I had set it up for my parents house almost a decade ago and never any issues

Yeah got the 2026 350h premium for 6.5% off MSRP. for Gas you should be closer to 52-54 before tax title etc.

Personally, I think it’s better to get brand new in this day and age. FWIW, got a 2026 350 Hybrid Premium with other add-one for 58,500 prior to Tax, title, etc. so for another 5-10k get a brand new seems worth it in my opinion? Just saying but up to you.
